Hello and good afternoon,

I purchased your product to solve a problem I had with my septic tank and soak away.

I had visions of my lawn and garden being dug up to reinstate the soak away to its functional state.

Thankfully your product solved the problem within a fortnight and to date all seems to be well and I top up on a monthly basis with a sachet of Biogest. If only every problem could be solved so speedily and effectively.

I live in Cyprus and use a septic tank.

My tank was not working at all well and I felt the only way to resolve the problem was to have it emptied and start again.

As a last throw of the dice I searched the internet and came upon your website. It was a very clear site with products described and clearly priced.

Delivery was very quick and the product does exactly what your website says. My septic tank is now working perfectly and I shall continue to use your products to ensure it stays that way.

My only criticism is the high cost of postage and packing, but you can't have everything.
